Easter is all about celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ and along with millions of people all around the world, we at Swanthana too had wonderful celebrations on April 3rd 2018.

It all started ten days back when the children made crafts items with their own hands for Good Friday and Easter which was decorated all over the class rooms.They also practiced the songs, dance and play related to Easter theme enthusiastically.

The children surprised us by learning the song within a day in less than 30 minutes.They were never tired to get onto the stage and practice the lines and were all the more excited to do with their new PA systems.

On April 3rd, we had several guests and well wishers who came from far to witness the children performing in their full form.The children even gladly accommodated their favorite songs which they learnt over the year with no brush up at all.

The guests appreciated the children and all of us had a sumptuous meal so lovingly and painstakingly prepared by the Sisters of Swanthana.
